Vehicle Description A legend was reborn!? Shelby American reintroduced the 1967 Ford Shelby GT500 Super Snake muscle cars in 2018,and only 10 were built.
? This is #3 of the 10 genuine Shelby Super Snake Continuation cars built and the first one that has been available for resale.
? It is finished in Wimbleton White with GT500 side stripe and Guardsman blue Super Snake stripes.

? There was one original Super Snake built by Carroll Shelby using a lightweight medium riser racing 427 engine,HD front disc brakes,Detroit locker rear end,rear traction bars and special Goodyear tires.
? It also sported unique triple stripes and a redesigned grille for improved cooling.
? Carroll Shelby personally drove this original car on the test track and was clocked at 170 mph!? Shelby decided not to produce any more cars at that time discouraged by the how expensive it was to build!Fast forward 50 years later? Shelby American built only 10 genuine Super Snake Continuation cars from original 1967 Fastback Mustangs.
? The donor cars were stripped to bare metal and transformed into a Super Snake!It is powered by a race inspired big block 427 FE 468 cubic inch all aluminum V8 producing over 550 horsepower,backed by a top loader 4 speed manual,aluminum driveshaft and 9 inch Ford positraction rear end.
? It has 4 wheel disc brakes and rolls on 17? Shelby aluminum wheels and radial tires.
