Job Description:
Goodwill Industries of the Columbia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will be responsible for supporting successful operation of the Pasco Store.
Job tasks include:
o Providing and coaching for excellent customer service.
o Accurately performing transactions on a POS cash register system.
o Merchandising the retail sales floor.
o Supporting the maintenance of a clean, safe retail store.
o Providing support for staff supervision and training.
o Executing cash controls.
o Opening and closing the store.
o Supporting all management functions in the store.

o Have at least two years of successful retail experience.
o Have cash handling experience.
o Have previous experience supervising others

HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:
40 hours per week. Days and hours are dependent on business needs. Benefits available.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
