Commission pay structure Essential Job Responsibilities Interact with customers in person, on the phone, and via email Cross reference trailer serial numbers with engineering drawings and databases to select the correct parts Process payments through credit card machine and online systems Communicate with customers the expectation for deliveries and orders Work with group of associates to obtain a revenue goal Coordinate with the Materials Supervisor and Production Department regarding parts production and order lead times Invoice and track shipments for customers Communicate regular updates to the Parts Supervisor Update the Company's CRM database Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Proficient with Microsoft suite Effectively handle competing deadlines and projects Any customer service or sales experience strongly preferred Fluent in Spanish preferred Experience in point-of-sale systems is a plus Job Type:
