Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment - Maintain a clean and organized classroom - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience working with infants - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with curriculum development for young children - Understanding of behavior management techniques in a classroom setting - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written -Bilingual Spanish and English Skills:
