Qualifications:
- 15
years of experience in crop production, seeding, spraying and harvest- Be willing to assist with doctoring, feeding and calving plus involvement with cows- Good communication, organizational skills and teamwork skills- Current with today's modern equipment, precision farming and auto-steer equipment- Routine maintenance and good mechanic skills- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed- Arc and Acetylene welding skills- Perform heavy working activities, including ability to lift 80
pounds, in various weather conditions- Some limited riding involved

Candidate should have good experience in all facets of crop production.
This person needs to be dependable, hardworking and who can take direction.
Be neat in appearance, good work ethic, and have a real interest in farming are also requirements of this position.
Searching for a good long-term employee.
Crop production is the main focus of this position with cow/calf secondary; but they need to be willing to jump in where and when needed.
