This role serves as a liaison and contact for customers, and support the general operation administratively.
The CSR performs duties including answering telephone calls, pulling parts from our warehouse, and elevating necessary information to the Service Manager in a timely fashion.
The ideal candidate for this role is a strong communicator, able to tackle tasks independently, and is ready to provide exceptional customer experiences to Trinity customers.
Essential Job Responsibilities Own front desk operations for branch location, including greeting visitors and answering telephones Communicate regularly with Service Manager to share pertinent information and collaborate Support Service Manager with various administrative tasks, to ensure smooth operations for the team Manage warehouse organization and documentation for team success Support branch location with miscellaneous needs Minimum Requirements & Education Previous experience in a customer service position Clear and professional communication skills Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent degree (GED) Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
