The position will involve assisting a wide variety of customer needs, from lawn systems and domestic pumps to parts for handline, wheel lines and circles.
We are looking for a highly driven individual with great customer service skills and experience and to help our customers have the best possible buying experience.

Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of electricians, welders, and service writer to operate at a high level of efficiency while fostering and maintaining a positive team culture.
Coordinate and schedule production activities into a logical and definite sequence designed to expedite its proper, smooth, rapid and economical completion.
Ensure that all employees in the team are trained to maintain an exceptional level of customer service.
Make certain the employees receive the necessary safety training and equipment as required.
Remain up to date on status of all projects and service calls ensuring completion and invoicing in a timely manner.
Duties Full responsibilities for all activities of the Production Department A sound knowledge of the progress of the work.
Prompt reporting to the Director of Production, keeping them informed of the Department progress, unusual situations that arise and those matters that require their approval.
Maintain a trained stand-by and flexible staff.
Maintain and adhere to Lad paperwork and billing procedures.
