Large agricultural equipment dealership is seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant to join our Pasco, WA corporate office.
Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Gather service sales documentation Process service sales payments Record completed sales transactions in accounting software Reconciliations of customer receivables and deposits Communicate with past due customers Manufacturer invoice entry into accounts payable Customer receivable payment posting and billing Daily batch posting and other routine data entry, scanning, and filing Requirements:

Qualifications:
Attention to detail, able to identify and investigate discrepancies Good communication and documentation skills Great organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and work efficiently Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Accounting background and/or dealership experience (preferred)
