Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell products or services - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism - Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Please note that fluency in English is required for this position.
