Training, developing and mentoring staffCreating a pleasant work and dining environmentMonitoring and reinforcing food safety proceduresMaximizing store sales and profit goalsMaintaining QSC standardsEnsuring protection of Wendy's brand and assetsDemonstrating drive for resultsGoing above and beyond to serve our guestsWhat you can expect Benefits (includes, but not limited to):

HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
Minimum 3-4 years restaurant operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidaysValid DL in good standing & access to private transportation requiredDemonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWorking knowledge of cost of goods salesExcellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focusedThe Wenspok Companies is a privately owned franchise of Wendy's Restaurants in the USA.
