04 an hour Responsible for the standardization and optimization of business processes for all Lourdes Medical practices.
Additionally directs and implements all functions of assigned physician practices and clinics, consistent with overall policies and in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
Establishes and maintains relationships with physician and administrative leadership to successfully collaborate on designing, implementing and monitoring key operational components and executing on the growth strategies of Lourdes Medical.
Provides leadership and direction to physician practices and clinics resulting in superior patient care and improved clinical and financial performance; key responsibilities include management of the care systems and operational processes of the practices and clinics.
Supports operations to include but not limited to front and back office management, revenue cycle, budgeting, financial and capital planning, results monitoring, business/strategic planning, information systems, and facility planning/maintenance.
Works collaboratively with the Lourdes Medical Independent medical staff.
Management experience is required.
Medical office/clinic operations experience with hospital owned multi-site medical practices is a plus.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with the public/ employee's hospital management and board as well as solid negotiations and conflict resolution skills.
Must possess a high degree of judgment and initiative to operate independently and autonomously.
Experience in strategic planning information technology including practice management systems electronic health records excel word budget development, process analysis, and policy developments required.
Knowledge of the physician practice revenue cycle, including CPT, ICD-9/10, HCPS coding, RBRVS, and Provider based billing is required experience working in physician led, integrated healthcare delivery organization possess a minimum of seven years' experience as a senior level manager managing physician practices/medical group.
Proven experience developing and implementing operating plans and analyzing financial and quality data.
