Licensed Outpatient Therapist Lourdes Counseling Center 1.0 FTE Days Full-Time

Provide brief, solution-focused therapy to adults, children/adolescents and families who are dealing with a variety of mental health issues. Work directly with managed care companies and insurers to assure optimal delivery of services. Complete clinical and administrative data entry and paperwork in an effective, timely manner. Participate in occasional community presentations and marketing efforts. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and respect for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Education:
    Master's Degree in behavioral sciences required.
  2. Population Specifics:
    Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population of consumers served in the department.
  3. Experience:
    Two (2) years' of supervised experience providing mental health services with children and families.
  4. Required Certification:
    Washington State Licensure in Mental Health, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  5. Required License:
    Washington State Driver's License.
  6. Other:
    Commitment to maintaining productivity expectations, clinical, and administrative paperwork. Ability to work with culturally diverse population. Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company vehicles for LHN business purposes.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
